Thank you all so very much for this very informative discussion today. I watched the entire season and learned so much. As a property owner/manager of my property in Gulf Shores, AL, I awaited the much delayed decision from the Mayor and the Gov. of AL last week concerning the beaches.. I was wondering.. who if anyone from the VHR sector is advising these people? I am on many! fb pages, many with locals as members and they were screaming for the Gov. to close “their” beaches and send the visitors home. It upset me tremendously. They are clueless about who these people are and what that add to their economy in a trickle down effect. The Gov. did close PRIVATE beaches which had tremendous ramifications only to be applauded and about-timed by the mad mob. You mentioned someone had asked us to contact our State and Federal officials. I cannot find it. Can you please share that letter with me so that I can share it like this virus!! Thank you!
