Dore Jean is the CEO of Kaizen, a training and consulting firm, which is named after the Japanese word for continuous improvement. She has a master certification in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and is a certified FranklinCovey facilitator with over 35 years of experience. Dore spent almost 20 years on Kauai, HI, offering private practice and teaching “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” to community leaders and over 3,000 individuals.
